AJ (26) was my fifth figure study in 2018. She was a friend’s daughter who graciously allowed me to photograph her for my series. Thank you to Marlee Rae Hunter for being my assistant and to Pascal Des Marais who loaned his electric bass.

History - The electric bass was invented by Paul Tutmarc in Seatle, Washington in the 1930s.
