FIGURE STUDY - JESSICA - BASS TROMBONE

This was part multifaceted shoot I did with Jessica. I have previously photographed Jessica with two different pianos, her upright and a baby grand. She asked if I could shoot her with her electric bass guitar. I have already shoot a model with the bass guitar so we agreed that I would shoot providing that Jessica would model with a bass trombone as well. Thanks to her boyfriend Jacob who assisted and took the last shot. Also a big thank you to Gillian Seaman for providing the instrument.

History - the bass trombone is part of the trombone family of wind instruments. It is thought that it was invented in the late 19th/early 20 century as manufactures added a second value to produce lower tones.
