Figure Study - Amanda H - Trumpet

This is another post of new shots from a shoot that were taken in February 2018. Amanda (20) who was in my photography program volunteered to be the 2nd model for a figure study assignment. She posed with my late father’s trumpet. He would have been tickled pink knowing that his trumpet was next to such an amazing model. The trumpet belonged to my late father Jerry. He would have been thrilled to see it as part of this series. I was very fortunate to have Marlee Rae Hunter assist me in creating some beautiful pictures.

History - The earliest trumpets date back to 2000 BC. The English word trumpet was first used in the 14th century. It is classified in the brass wind group of instruments.
